Is Archie Clipsham in this photo ?
His sister Elizabeth taught me school at Cliff Bungalow 60 years ago. I have been looking for a photo of her brother Archie for some genealogy work I am doing.
Yes, Rod, we do have pictures of Archie Clipsham in the Crescent Heights High School Archives in the 1934 and 1935 Bugle. He was a member of The Bugle staff, the Hi-Y Club and the Chess Club. In addition to this Archie played in the 1934 Senior Rugby team which won the Calgary and Provincial Championship and we have a framed picture of the team. Please contact me and I will be happy to scan a picture of Archie and send it to you or you can visit the CHHS Archives on Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Hello Iris Thank you for your reply re: Archie Clipsham. I would be most pleased to get any pics you might have of Archie. I am still working on this project and photos are what is holding up completion. I was unable to travel to Calgary this summer due to illness, and there are things I cannot access on line. Anything you email would be greatly appreciated.
